Verification & Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request and photos of the product; once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original Spigen box, ensuring all promotional items and manuals are included to prevent damage during the reverse transit process.
Pickup & Refund
A courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and once the item passes our warehouse inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
